MIDI:

BN (Banjo Nut):

Empty, or one or more pairs of id:fret to specify where to block out a nut postion up the net, such as is used for Banjo or using a Capo.
"0" is the first string, and 0 is the first position, which places the nut in the normal position. The nut is fret 0. Thus the first fret is fret 1.
